Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pie crust for 10-12 minutes until golden. Let it cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the filling into the cooled pie crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Warm the strawberry jam and brush it over the strawberries for a glossy finish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
