Description

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Insert a skewer into each strawberry.

  4. Bring the mixture to a boil without stirring. Cook until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
  5. Dip each strawberry into the sugar syrup, coating evenly.
  6. Let excess syrup drip off, then place on parchment paper to harden.
  7. Serve once cooled and hardened.
