Ingredients

  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  4. Top with roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for better flavor.
