Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
