  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. While the potatoes bake, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
