Ingredients

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Knead the mixture well until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties or skewers.

- Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway.
