Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and water to form dough.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Cook beef with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Divide dough into small balls and flatten.
- Fill each dough piece with beef.
- Steam buns for 10 minutes.
