Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread mayonnaise if using.
- Place lettuce, bell pepper, carrots, and chicken strips on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and cut in half.
- Serve immediately.
