Twix cookie cups are delicious bite-sized treats that combine the flavors of cookies and Twix bars in a fun, easy-to-make cup form.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 mini Twix bars, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and press them into a greased mini muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and press a mini Twix bar into each cookie cup while still warm.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Use room-temperature butter for easier mixing.
- If the dough is too sticky, chill it for 15 minutes before shaping.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
