- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups tomato sauce

Instructions
- Mix flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water, melted butter, and olive oil. Knead until dough forms.
- Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Press dough into a greased deep dish pizza pan, covering the bottom and sides.
- Layer mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the dough.
- Add cooked sausage evenly over the cheese.
- Spread tomato sauce on top, then sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
