- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp ice water
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles crumbs.
- Add egg yolk and ice water, then mix until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and press into a tart pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Spread raspberry jam over the crust.
- Arrange strawberry slices on top.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Use any fruit jam of your choice.
- Serve chilled for best results.
