- 150g granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 50g all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl until pale and fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
- Sift in the flour and salt, then gently fold until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the pan. Garnish with raspberries and dust with powdered sugar.
