Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side.
  4. Add garlic, tomatoes, and basil to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  6. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and mix with the sauce.
  7. Serve chicken on top of the spaghetti.
