Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, and basil to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and mix with the sauce.
- Serve chicken on top of the spaghetti.

- Use fresh basil for best flavor.
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or mushrooms for a vegetarian option.
