Instructions
- Season the beef fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the fillets for 3 minutes per side.
- Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan.
- Baste the fillets with the melted butter for 1 minute.
- Remove the fillets and let them rest.
- Deglaze the pan with red wine and reduce by half.
- Serve the fillets with the wine sauce.

- Let the beef rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Pair with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
