A fun and easy dish to make for Valentine’s Day, perfect for sharing with your loved one.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g strawberries
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Melt the dark chocolate with half the coconut oil.
- Dip each strawberry halfway into the dark chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate with the remaining coconut oil and drizzle over the strawberries.
- Sprinkle edible glitter if desired.
- Let them cool in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best results.
- If you don’t have coconut oil, butter works too.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
