- 2 beef steaks (8 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Sear steaks for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet, baste steaks for 1 minute.
- Remove steaks and let rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, sauté asparagus and cherry tomatoes for 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
