Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add optional toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
