  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Sift flour into the mixture and fold gently.
  4. Pour batter onto the tray and spread evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and roll the cake while warm. Let it cool.
  6. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  7. Unroll the cake, spread jam, then whipped cream. Roll again.
  8. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with strawberries.
