Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
- Sift flour into the mixture and fold gently.
- Pour batter onto the tray and spread evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and roll the cake while warm. Let it cool.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Unroll the cake, spread jam, then whipped cream. Roll again.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with strawberries.

- Use room-temperature eggs for better volume.
