Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine sugars and milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until sugars dissolve and mixture reaches 240°F (soft-ball stage).
- Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla, and pecans.
- Stir until mixture thickens slightly.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and let cool.

- Work quickly once mixture is off heat.
- Store in airtight container for freshness.
