  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 cup julienned cucumbers
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. Fill a large bowl with warm water.
  2. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water until pliable.
  3. Place the wrapper on a flat surface.
  4. Add lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, cilantro, and mint in the center.
  5. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
  6. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  7. Serve with hoisin sauce and crushed peanuts.
