Ingredients

- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves and lavender buds in a glass.
- Add lime juice and honey, stir well.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with lavender sprigs if desired.
