- 200g feta cheese
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 250g strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Toss strawberries with balsamic vinegar and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes.
- In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and honey until smooth.
- Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl.
- Top with roasted strawberries and garnish with fresh mint.
- Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
