- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml whipped cream
Instructions
- Crush digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a cake tin to form the base.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spread the filling over the biscuit base.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
