A delicious dessert combining wild berries and bread pudding topped with a tangy orange sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 cups stale bread, cubed
- 2 cups mixed wild berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- For the orange sauce: 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Place bread cubes in the dish and scatter berries on top.
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over bread.
- Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
- For the sauce, mix orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, and zest in a saucepan. Cook until thickened.
- Serve bread pudding warm with orange sauce.

- Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
