- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a small loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt, egg, and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use unsweetened yogurt to keep it zero-carb.
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices before baking.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
