A fusion dish combining cheesy beef enchilada flavors with tortellini pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Pour enchilada sauce into the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked tortellini and mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh tortellini for best texture.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
