  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce into the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add cooked tortellini and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
  8. Serve hot.
