- 1 small green cabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add 1/4 cup chopped celery.
- Adjust sugar and vinegar to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
