- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the honey mustard mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- You can use boneless chicken thighs if preferred.
