Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour in a bowl.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 4 equal squares.
- Spoon apple mixture onto one half of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
