- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Bake the pie crust according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Slice the bananas and layer them on the bottom of the crust.
- In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Stir in vanilla extract and fold in whipped topping.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
