Description

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce (minced)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, chipotle, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the glaze evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.
