A simple and creamy tuna noodle casserole with cream cheese for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, tuna, peas, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Combine cooked noodles with the mixture.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
