Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into ropes and tie into knots.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Melt butter with garlic, brush over warm knots.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
