Ingredients

  • 12 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Add garlic, honey, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir well and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add cabbage, carrot, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Toss in cooked noodles and mix until evenly coated. Serve hot.
