Instructions
- Mix graham crackers, pecans, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Coat each ball in powdered sugar.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
