  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp softened butter (for filling)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Knead into a dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Roll tightly and slice into 12 pieces. Place in a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
