Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 1-inch in size).
  3. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour marinara sauce and water over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Serve warm with pasta or as an appetizer.
